Christmas is a fun time of the year and there are many ways to celebrate the Christmas spirit in the classroom. Warning: You may have fun

MUSIC

Music is a great way to bring the Christmas spirit into the classroom. Your students will love;

  • On That Very First Christmas

  • Santa Wear Your Shorts

  • Santa Claus Is Coming by the Wiggles

  • Jingle Bells. What’s That Smell? by Mr Yipadee

DECORATE

Every classroom needs a Christmas tree, and some lights for a festive glow

  • make a class paper chain to hang

  • make individual wreaths using cardboard circle and some tree branches

Share some great Christmas books with your class. Raid the library for their Christmas collection. Let the kids lie down while you read and relax and enjoy
