The Best Inspirational Podcasts
Listening to a podcast every day, a couple of times a week or even once a month can provide new inspiration to your conscious and insight on life. Seeing life through someone else’s eyes, understanding things in a new way or just hearing the same thing being said in a different way or approach, can give us a real boost or recharge.
Podcasts are a practical way to receive your daily inspiration as you can have it playing in your ears or aloud on your phone or laptop as you chip away at your everyday mundane tasks.
Is it part of your routine?
I usually play a podcast anytime I am driving in my car alone. It’s simple to press play before I leave my driveway and I specifically choose podcasts that will last the whole distance. If it’s not while I am driving it is while I am out on my daily walk in the morning, or while I’m cooking dinner at night.
The top four podcasts I listen to for inspiration and motivation are;
Raw, Real and Relatable Podcast
Hosted by Kat John. A confident Aussie girl who calls it as it is. She speaks her truth and shares such wise words of wisdom. It is very relatable. Kat convinces you to forget your limiting beliefs and to be bigger than any sh!t you have going on in your head. In this podcast, Kat swears (a lot) and she is the queen of truth bombs. You can follow and join in her ‘Zero Fks’ movement where there is a dance-off around the world on Instagram each Tuesday. Dance provides an avenue to free the sh!t that’s taking up your precious attention, energy and life. Follow Kat on Instagram @kat.john
The School of Greatness
Hosted by Lewis Howes. ‘Dream bigger, live better, make an impact’ is the motto. Maybe it’s his voice, or perhaps it’s Lewis past and how far he has come, either one, makes you want to keep listening. He is engaging and what the topics he discusses with his guests are relevant. The goal of the School of Greatness is to share stories from the most brilliant business minds, world-class athletes and influential celebrities on the planet to help you find out what makes great people great.
Tony Robbins Podcast
Everything makes sense. If you have read any of Tony’s books, then you will love his podcast. Snippets have been taken from being on tour, interviews with inspiring people, sharing everyday people’s stories as well as his own. Tony can be abit husky at times, but he has so much wisdom to share. I always have so many takeaways each time I listen to his latest release. Tony covers all areas of personal development and inspires us to make positive changes to our lives.
Good Life Podcast
Hosted by Jonathon Fields. Jonathon’s podcast shares great interviews with every day and well-known individuals providing inspiration three times a week, exploring the concept of what it means to live a good life. They are always informative and interesting. Prepare for these people’s stories to leave an impression. He has also written a book titled ‘How To Live A Good Life’ which is also worth reading.
There are many more podcasts I listen to often; however, these are the four I have on repeat each week, providing me with my dose of inspiration.
