November In Hindsight
November was my birthday month. I turned 38. I have been away travelling so I was on a beautiful island in Belize at the time. As Australia is 17 hours behind I started to receive messages and calls early. This meant I celebrated over two days. It is always super special to know that people all around the world are thinking of me. While also being away I have been motivated to write more than ever. So my November looked something like this…

* my boyfriends home was broken into twice while I have been away and our money tin was stolen. All the money I had raised from selling his excess belongings - gone.
* while in Central America - held, fed and sat with a crocodile. Saw toucans, flamingos and macaws. Swam in a cenote. Ate a cricket.
* exceeded my Goodreads goal of reading 35 books this year. I have currently read over 40 and looking forward to adding more.
