Where To Find Yoga Classes Online

I have been an on again off again yoga girl for many years now.

Most mornings I will roll the mat out and do a practice, which clears my head and sets me up for my usually crazy busy day. I attended yoga therapy a few years ago now so was given a practice that is just right for my body and specific areas I need to target. However, some days I just do what feels right and go with the flow and then other days when I like to challenge myself with something different and follow along to an app or video on YouTube.

For me, it is about making time for yoga on the mat, as I know the difference it makes to my mind and body when I am in a regular routine. I find the best time for me is first thing in the morning. It doesn’t always happen every morning but I try.

Some of my favourite yoga classes are able to be found online which means you can access them from anywhere you are in the world;

  • Online Wellness Experience was created by the amazing Lindsey from Adzentures, this is an incredible online platform of wellness experiences great for those that are looking to change their mindful practice to include movement, meditation, fitness and flexibility. They offer live events online and have a library of over 50 videos. I met Lindsey in 2017 when I attended one of her Adzenture Retreats in Slovenia. She is one of the most incredible humans I have met and has a real zest for life. Now I still get to do yoga with her, but now its from home. Check it out and you can get 25% off your first month’s subscription by using my code LauraExplaura. You can also buy single videos or weekly workout plans.

  • Yoga with Adriene on Youtube puts out free weekly videos. You can find a huge stash of yoga videos on her channel or website. She is easy to follow and before you know it you will be inspired to sign up for a 30-day challenge.

  • Katie B Happyy on Youtube - I met this incredible woman at the International Yoga Festival last year in India. Her yoga sessions were so much more than just exercise and were a real lesson in mindfulness, breathwork and connection with others around us. Attending Katie’s sessions were life-changing as is her life story. On YouTube, she offers meditation, yoga, and workouts.

  • Humming Puppy - Is a Yoga studio I attended in Sydney that literally hums. They now provide an on-demand platform that is available 24/7 and is only $15 per month. They offer over 200 classes to keep you grounded & centred during these times. This is definitely worth checking out.

Are you a keen yogi too? Do you go with your own flow or follow a practice? Is there someone amazing that I have missed? We would love you to join the conversation and leave a comment below.
